Burgers and Betting Collide at Lagasse’s Stadium in The Palazzo

Celebrity chef creates a fan experience that’s like sitting in the stands

Lagasse’s Stadium at The Palazzo in Las Vegas, one of the few celebrity restaurants in the city where you can actually let your hair down and turn your fandom up.

A menu of Emeril Lagasse’s signature cuisine combines with the atmosphere of a modern sports bar, complete with all the game day essentials: stadium seating, massive video screens and, yes, even the ability to bet on your favorite games.

The Scene

Lagasse debuted his sports bar/restaurant concept in 2009 with a star-studded celebrity guest athlete lineup that included Warren Sapp, Danica Patrick and Greg Maddux. Since the opening, the “stadium” has been packed on game days, with fans filling out the luxury boxes and lounge seating that face the 9 x 16-foot main screen.

The luxury boxes are geared toward large groups—think draft parties and the NCAA Tournament—and the largest one can fit up to 40 people.

There are also more than 100 high-definition televisions featured throughout the restaurant, so you always have a place to watch the game, whether you’re at the bar or in a booth.

The Sports Book

The addition of the Race & Sports Book Powered By CG Technology at Lagasse’s Stadium makes it easier for fans to place their bets while watching their favorite games.

Although The Palazzo does feature a sportsbook kiosk on the main casino floor—where you can play all the lines and follow some games on high-def screens—Lagasse’s is the ultimate betting and viewing venue.

Even if you’re seated on the outdoor patio, you can follow the games and make wagers using your CG app.

The Menu

In between wagers, you’ll want to browse the menu for some Lagasse specialties and gameday fare that’ll satisfy everyone in your party. The “Pregame” menu includes Emeril’s New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Grilled Marinated New Zealand Lamb Lollichops and the Signature Stadium Salad.

For those who prefer classic bar food with a Lagasse twist, try the Signature Stadium Chicken Wings or the Stadium Cheese Nachos. Burgers, fried chicken, steaks and seafood round out the lineup for lunch and dinner, and you can also ask for a special events menu if you’re planning your big gameday trip in advance.

Just make sure you leave room for New York Style Cheesecake or Emeril’s Banana Cream Pie.

You can make a reservation and explore everything Lagasse’s Stadium and the Race & Sports Book Powered By CG Technology have to offer at The Palazzo website.
